A car that careered off the road and smashed into the side of a house has to stay exactly where it is - in case the roof falls down.
The driver of the BMW had a lucky escape after flying through the garden of the property in Cardiff.
Now police have said the 4x4 cannot be moved from the scene at Cyncoed Road because the house might fall down.
Officers they were called to the scene at 9.37am, reports Wales Online.
A spokesman added that the driver was uninjured and managed to get out of the back of the car.
The occupants of the house have been evacuated while building inspectors from the council survey the house for damage.
