Two teenagers have been jailed for killing a former Miss Venezuela and her British ex-husband.
The boys, aged 15 and 17, were each sentenced to four years for their parts in the deaths of Monica Spear and Thomas Henry Berry.
Ms Spear, 29, and Mr Berry, 39, were on holiday in Venezuela when the attack happened between Puerto Cabello and Valencia in January 2014.
They were shot dead in front of their five-year-old daughter Maya, who was also shot in the leg during the attempted robbery.
President Nicolas Maduro later said a tyre had burst on the victims' car after it ran over something on the road, apparently placed by robbers to stop traffic.
A recovery truck arrived to help the family, but its crew were chased away by the armed robbers.
Ms Spear became Miss Venezuela in 2004 and had until her death been living in the United States, where she had forged an acting career.
She had been on holiday with Mr Berry, who is thought to have been London-based and ran a travel company.
The Spanish website ABC.es claimed the couple were trying to get back together after two years apart when they were killed.
It was reported that their daughter was expected to be taken to the US to live with her maternal grandparents in Orlando, Florida.
Three other people were previously sentenced in the case to prison terms ranging from 24 to 26 years. Five others await trial.
Venezuela has the second highest murder rate in the world, according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, with 54 people per 100,000 being killed every year.
