Transgender beauty queen 'pushed and spat on by thug after he tried it on with her'

A transgender beauty queen has revealed how she was attacked by a thug outside a pizza takeaway after he ‘tried it on with her’.
Tiffany-Rose Davies said she was pushed and spat on by the man, who did not realise her gender.

The 23-year-old reported the attack at Caspian Pizza in Birmingham to West Midlands Police.
“I have been attacked before but this was very upsetting and humiliating,” Tiffany-Rose told the Birmingham Mail.
“The man commented on me having a nice bum. I blanked him, but his friend then said ‘don’t you realise that’s a bloke’.
“He was obviously angry about this and took it out on me.
"He called me a ‘batty boy’ and a freak then he pushed me hard and spat on me.
“It was so upsetting and humiliating. To be attacked in this way because I am a transsexual is just horrible but unfortunately something I have to deal with.”
Tiffany reported the attack to police said they have examined studied CCTV footagerecorded at the time of the incident on April 30 at 6pm. But the footage doesn’t show Tiffany-Rose being assaulted.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said: “We have been investigating this alleged attack but we are unable to proceed with a prosecution as the CCTV coverage does not capture the attack. We have explained the situation to Miss Davies.”
Tiffany-Rose hit the headlines back in February after White Dee’s manager Barry Tomes refused to let her audition for a new all-girl pop group called Office Girls as he said she “had a d**k.”
White Dee, real name Deirdre Kelly, defended her in a heated row with Mr Tomes but he stuck by his decision and refused to let her sing.
Tiffany-Rose is planning to take part in Miss Transgender England and will compete at the Birmingham heats taking place on August 22 at the The Penthouse at The Loft Lounge in Bromsgrove Street in Birmingham City Centre.
The winner of the grand final will scoop £5,000.
